What does "Free during beta" mean?
We're currently in development and offering full access to all features completely free. No credit card required. When we launch our paid tiers, you'll have the option to upgrade or stay on a free plan with limited features.
When will paid plans be available?
Paid plans (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) are coming soon. We'll notify all beta users before any billing changes take effect, and early adopters will receive special pricing.
What payment methods will you accept?
We'll accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and EFT payments via PayFast. For Enterprise customers, we also offer invoicing with NET-30 terms.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and our servers are hosted in secure facilities. Your farm data stays private.
Do you offer training?
Yes! We provide video tutorials and documentation. Enterprise customers will get personalised on-site training and dedicated onboarding support.
